By submitting my testimonial, I voluntarily give Culture Connection Law (“CCL”) the right to use my written, verbal, or video testimonial or review (collectively “Testimonial”) for the purposes of marketing, advertising, and promoting the CCL’s services. This includes the right to publish, distribute, and display my Testimonial (in whole or in part) on the CCL’s website, social media platforms, printed materials, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional platforms. I understand that my Testimonial may be edited for length or clarity. I hereby grant and convey to CCL all right, title, and interest, including but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits, in any and all such writings, photographs or recordings, and consent to the CCL’s use of my name, image, likeness, and voice in perpetuity, in any medium or format, for any publicity without further compensation or permission. I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation for the use of my Testimonial. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have the legal right to grant this permission. I release CCL and its representatives from any liability related to the lawful use of my Testimonial.
