Cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible. Please reach out via email to alex@cultureconnectionok.com to cancel an existing appointment. Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance will result in a $75 cancellation fee. No-call, no-show cancellations will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Where cancellation is due to an emergency, fees may be waived.

Culture Connection Law begins each new client partnership with a 30-minute free consult to discuss legal needs and to determine a scope of work. Based on this initial call, Culture Connection will put together a quote for your approval prior to conducting work.

Legal work is conducted at a rate of $375 per hour. Quotes for training and speaking engagements will be provided upon request. These rates are subject to change.

Culture Connection Law does not require a retainer and bills at the end of each month for work conducted in that month. Payment is due within 15 days unless a payment plan is in place.

We offer payment plans and deferred payment options for clients, whether individuals or organizations, with limited access to financial resources. To request a payment plan, email alex@cultureconnectionok.com.
